Summary:
In 2017, Tupelo’s historic Lyric Theatre prepared for the 12th annual Haunted Theater by holding two actor-training workshops ahead of shows planned for the final three weekends in October. Directed by Steve Miller, the event featured a “Mid-evil” (medieval) theme with young performers portraying castle, dungeon, and torture-chamber characters. Walls were erected to form roughly 20 rooms designed to scare visitors.
